We are excited to launch our Members Love program! Each month we will have a new challenge within the program.
IT'S MOBILITY MONTH AT MOVE!
For this challenge, you must complete any combination of 3 movements, at least twice per week, in order to receive points. Keep an eye out for regular instructional videos or ask any MOVE team member if you’re unsure about a movement. You may complete these at home, or at the club before or after class. We’ll need evidence, so post a video to Instagram/Facebook, or send it our way!
SEPTEMBER #GETMOVING CHALLENGE
As fall approaches and we start to get back to our normal routines, we thought it was the perfect time to help get you kickstarted with our first #getMOVING challenge!
Each member can pickup a stamp card with a list of MOVE challenges which earn you MOVE points that can be redeemed for MOVE gear, boutique items and smoothies. Most importantly they'll help you keep motivated towards your goals.
Since we launched MOVE, we have built an amazing community of women who are willing to take the first step, the next steps, and all the ones after that. So we've decided to start this blog to help you take your journey to the next level.
