SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Why Small Group Training?

At MOVE we believe that no one should get lost in the shuffle. Our Small Group Training classes have a maximum of 14 people with up to two coaches per class. You get the expertise & intimacy of a personal training session, with the motivation & support of a group. Our coaches make sure that you train safely and offer modifications for all levels, without judgment. Small Group Training is kind of like working out with friends. It’s fun, more affordable than one-on-one training and best of all you’ll see, and feel, great results!

GET STRONG CLASS

The main goal of this small group training class is to help you #getstrong, move well and be your best. Your coach will start the 50-minute class with a specific dynamic warm-up and some mobility work that gets your body ready to MOVE.  This primer is followed by a 30 min strength training workout focused on loaded primal movement patterns such as squats, deadlifts, rows and presses.  We use a perfect combination of barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells and bodyweight for maximum effectiveness.  Each workout is designed to help you progress and is scalable to your individual fitness level.  Your coach will ensure safe and proper technique.  We then finish with and a 10 minute conditioning drill using a combination of protocols such as tabatha, HIIT, relays and for time drills.  This finisher will get your heart pumping and sweat dripping.
