Based upon the demand we are excited to announce we have added new classes to our schedule as of March 4. We ask you to help keep our classes busy so we can continue to keep the new classes on the schedule.

As we trial out our new schedule, please note that there may be last minute cancelations based upon attendance, so please try to sign up in advance.

We encourage you to prioritize yourself by booking all your classes a minimum week in advance as your non-negotiable time for movement and self-care.
