Personal Training Appointments

There’s nothing like a one-on-one session to help you #bestrong! At MOVE, our expert personal trainers will give you the support and guidance you need, whatever level you’re at.  If you’re new to fitness, they’ll create a customized program that fits your unique needs. If you’re more advanced, our trainers will help you take your fitness to the next level. No matter what your training background, our coaches/trainers will take an individual approach that propels you forward, and keeps you motivated.

Book your session

  1. Make sure you are logged in first (you can login by clicking on the Login/Register button in the main menu bar)

  2. Choose your Instructor from the drop down menu and click search to see when they have an opening.

  3. Select the date you are interested in training on, this will automatically select a 7 day section.

  4. Click the search button to reveal the available appointments.

  5. Click on your desired appointment time, and a pop-up will appear allowing you to confirm your appointment.
