Bethany is a Regulated Health Care Professional with a passion for sports injury rehabilitation, chronic pain, and perinatal wellness.

As a Registered Kinesiologist, Bethany uses a scientific, evidence-based approach to musculoskeletal ailments and dysfunctions. Bethany provides thorough orthopedic assessments, manual treatment modalities and active exercise intervention to help restore movement and improve athletic performance.

Bethany is here to help you towards pain-free movement that is sustainable, enjoyable and supported with by a caring team of practitioners.

Bethany supports a variety of populations including youth athletes, adults (co-ed), prenatal and postpartum, as well as a special passion for supporting first responders.
