Our open gym membership gives you access to our gorgeous 5000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness facility with 3 separate training areas.

Equipment includes squat racks, olympic barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, treadmills, rowers, ski machines, assault bikes, signature yellow turf with prowler sleds, rings, med-balls, slam balls, mobility bands and balls and much more!

Included is access to MOVE daily programming and workout tracker so you can follow our signature GETSTRONG program,

Our facility has everything you need to build strength and functional fitness in a safe, spacious and inspiring setting.

Whether you follow our GETSTRONG program, a personalized program from one of our coaches or trainers, or your own program, our facility has everything you need to build strength and functional fitness in a safe, spacious and inspiring setting.

 

OPEN GYM HOURS

Mondays: 6:30am to 7pm

Tuesdays: 7am to 7pm

Wednesdays: 6:30am to 7pm

Thursdays: 6:30am to 7pm

Fridays: 6:30am to 1pm

Saturdays: 8am to 3pm

Sundays: 9:30am to 10:30am
