Why Small Group Training?

At MOVE we believe that no one should get lost in the shuffle. Our Small Group Training has a maximum of 16 people with one to two coaches. You get the expertise & intimacy of a personal training session, with the motivation & support of a group.

Our coaches make sure that you train safely and offer modifications for all levels, without judgment.

Small Group Training is kind of like working out with friends as part of a team. It’s fun, more affordable than one-on-one training, and best of all you’ll see, and feel great results!

 

our GETSTRONG class

The main goal of this small group training class is to help you #GetStrong, #MoveWell, and #BeYourBest.

Your coach will start the 50-minute class with a specific dynamic warm-up and some mobility work that gets your body ready to MOVE.  This primer is followed by a 30 min strength training workout focused on loaded primal movement patterns such as squats, deadlifts, rows, and presses. 

We use a perfect combination of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight for maximum effectiveness.  Each workout is designed to help you progress and is scalable to your individual fitness level. 

Your coach will ensure safe and proper technique.  We then finish with a 10-minute conditioning drill using protocols such as Tabata, HIIT, relays, and time drills.  This finisher will get your heart pumping and sweat dripping.

With the encouragement and support of this energetic small group team setting you will push yourself and others to continued results.

Two Weeks of Unlimited Classes for $49 + HST 

The first step to GETSTARTED with your trial will be an assessment session scheduled with one of our coaches where we will:

  • understand where you are today, exercise history and current level of movement patterns

  • understand what your goals are and help develop a personalized plan

  • tour the space and equipment we will be using, understand our programming and answer any questions you may have about our classes to ensure you feel comfortable and know what to expect

  • help you schedule the classes you will be attending for the next 2 weeks

  • start your fitness journey with the support of an amazing community of women

  • and enjoy a smoothie on us!
