Waiver
& Release

By signing up for at MOVE fitness club class, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a program of intense physical exercise. You further acknowledge that MOVE fitness clubstrongly recommends that you consult with your physician prior to commencing any classes. You acknowledge that you are fully informed of the strenuous nature of this exercise program and the possibility of adverse physiological occurrences including, but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart attack or death. You assume all risk for your health and well being, and fully release and hold harmless for any responsibility, cost or damages MOVE fitness club, its instructors, members and employees. You acknowledge that your agreement to this release applies to each time you visit MOVE fitness club. You hereby acknowledge that you, and any minor under your care, have voluntarily chosen to participate. You assume all risk for your health and well being, and that of any minor under your care, and fully release MOVE fitness club from all liability.


Cancellation Policy

There is no charge to your account if you cancel at least 8 hours in advance of your scheduled class time and 24 hours for a personal training appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will either be deducted as a class from your membership or pack or if you are on the Daily membership you will be charged a $15 fee to your account/credit card on file. To cancel a class, please log into your online account and click the cancel button.

If you are signed up on a waitlist and a space opens up, you will automatically be added to the class up to 1 hour prior to class start time. If you no longer wish to be in that class, you are required to remove yourself from that class to avoid cancellation charges.


Purchase Policy

Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Monthly training sessions expire 30 days from the date of purchase.  A training “Pause” is only available one time per membership. The maximum hold is 1 week. You must speak to an instructor in person to confirm a training pause. 1 year prepays are allowed a one-time pause/extension of up to 2 months and 6 months prepays are allowed a one-time pause/extension of up to 1 month.

Personal Training sessions expire 3 months from the date of purchase and drop-in classes expire 1 month from the date of purchase. For health and safety reasons, all unlimited memberships are limited to 1 class per day.
