Your Intro Experience includes a GET-HER-STARTED Coaching Session.

As part of your Intro Experience, you'll meet one-on-one with one of our coaches to help you get the most out of your experience at MOVE.

During your coaching session, we'll help you:

✅ Learn about your fitness history, current activity level, and movement patterns.

🎯 Discuss your goals and recommend the best path to help you achieve them.

🏋️ Tour the studio, introduce you to our equipment, explain our programming, and answer any questions you may have.

📅 Plan and book the classes that best fit your schedule during your 2-Week Intro Experience.
