Our open gym membership gives you access to our gorgeous 5000 sq foot state-of-the-art fitness facility with 3 separate training areas.

Equipment includes squat racks, olympic barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, treadmills, rowers, ski machines, assault bikes, signature yellow turf with prowler sleds, rings, med-balls, slam balls, mobility bands and balls and much more!

Included is access to MOVE daily programming and workout tracker so you can follow our signature GETSTRONG program,
