The main goal of this class is to help you get strong!

Each 60-minute class begins with a targeted dynamic warm-up and mobility prep to get your body moving well and ready to perform. From there, we move into 30 minutes of progressive strength training, focused on foundational movement patterns like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows.

We follow a progressive loading approach, meaning your workouts are designed to gradually and safely increase in challenge over time. This is how real strength is built—through consistency, small wins, and smart programming that meets you where you are and moves you forward.

You’ll train with a mix of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight, with every workout tailored to your current level and scaled as you progress. Your coach is there to guide proper form, push you when you need it, and make sure your training feels both safe and empowering.

We close each session with a high-energy, 10-minute conditioning finisher—think HIIT, Tabata, relays, or time-based drills—to build endurance and leave you feeling unstoppable.

At MOVE, you’re not just working out—you’re training with purpose, progressing with intention, and showing up for yourself and your team.

Our signature weekend class, GET CONDITIONED, is your chance to show up, sweat hard, and finish the week strong.

Every session is different—but always designed to challenge your endurance, boost your energy, and build full-body conditioning. You’ll experience a mix of high-intensity intervals, functional movement, athletic drills, team formats, and creative finishers that keep your body guessing and your mind engaged.

No two classes are the same, but the focus never changes: move with intention, push your limits, and have fun doing it.

Our GETSTRONG class for teen girls provideS encouragement, support and role models on what is important for health and fitness. 

We coach the foundations for breathing, core-strength, mobility, stability, movement patterns and motor-skills.  Our MOVEment menu includeS learning compound lifts FROM deadlifts, squats, overhead press, cleans and snatches using bodyweight, kettlebells, barbells and more, with some great conditioning all within a fun positive peer group.

WE help influence our young women to be:

  • physically strong - with foundational functional strength and movement patterns benefiting them in everyday activities or performance sport

  • mentally and emotionally strong - with the right mindset and peer community against industry toxicity 

We help equip and motivate our young ladies, with strong female coach role models, to resonate our message!♥️
